Cancellation Policy

At The Bodwell, we value your time and commitment to your wellbeing. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair access to appointments for all clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines outlined below.

1. Notice Period

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows the slot to be offered to another client.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Late cancellations or missed appointments without notice may be charged, except in cases of genuine emergency.

3. Therapist Cancellations

If I need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment to suit you, with as much notice as possible.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients' appointments. Always let me know if you are running late.
